WHAT YOU CAN SEND

Gold

Gold jewelry, broken jewelry, scrap, karat gold, casting remnants, filings, bench material, and other eligible gold-bearing material subject to inspection and testing.

Silver

Sterling silver, coin silver, jewelry, flatware, hollowware, scrap, casting remnants, and other eligible silver-bearing material.

Commercial & Larger Lots

Jeweler scrap, shop material, estate lots, dealer material, and larger precious-metal lots are welcome. Contact us before shipping unusually large or high-value shipments.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Submit

Complete the refining form below. We create a unique VREF reference for your shipment.

2. Pack & Ship

Put your VREF reference and contact information inside a securely packed box. Use a tracked carrier and insure the shipment for the value you need protected.

3. Receive & Document

Veritas may photograph and video record the package, seals, labels, packaging, and contents while receiving and opening it.

4. Test & Settle

Material is weighed and tested after receipt. Final payable metal, refining charges, and settlement are based on the material actually received and the agreed refining terms.

Place your VREF reference and your name inside the package. Pack material securely, use tracking, and insure it appropriately. Do not put gold, silver, bullion, coins, jewelry, refinery, or valuables-related wording on the outside of the package.

High-value or unusual material?

Contact Veritas before shipping unusually large, hazardous, industrial, or exceptionally high-value material so we can confirm whether it is eligible and provide handling instructions.
